  • Don’t forget your Business Cards
  • Always have a Notepad & Pen handy
  • Video and/or Still Cameras are allowed
  • Cash for refreshments (many will be provided, but there are vending machines available on campus)
  • Research the presenters before you arrive

  • Wireless internet is provided for free.
  • Handouts will not be given during the conference, but any PowerPoints or other materials can be downloaded online.
  • Review the program in the morning
  • Make connections – conferences are for networking
  • Mute your cell phone and/or laptop during the presentations
